General Service Policies

At Alexandra Ink, we are dedicated to providing professional, safe, and personalized services. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, please review the following policies that apply to all services, including Realism Nano Eyebrows, Touch-Ups, Corrections, and Small Body Tattoos.

Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book any service.

  • Services cannot be performed on individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions. Please disclose all health conditions, allergies, or medications prior to booking.

  • Alexandra Ink reserves the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unfit for treatment.

Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are applied toward the final service cost.

  • Deposits may be transferred once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice; additional rescheduling requires a new deposit.

  • Appointments are confirmed only once a deposit has been received.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice (or earlier if possible) is required to reschedule. Since every session is unique and customized to your needs, please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment so we can make your spot available to others.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. No-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will require a new deposit. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for other clients as well as the time and resources set aside for your appointment.

Corrections & Touch-Ups

  • Touch-ups are scheduled around 8 weeks after the initial appointment for the best healed results, and must be completed within a maximum of 12 weeks. Appointments booked beyond this timeframe will be subject to a higher rate.

  • Discounted touch-up pricing applies only to existing Alexandra Ink clients.

  • Correction or cover-up work on previous tattoos or permanent makeup not done by Alexandra Ink requires photos, a phone consultation, and prior approval before booking. All correction and cover-up services will be charged at standard service rates.

Results & Refund Policy

  • Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

  • Multiple sessions may be required; perfection cannot be guaranteed.

  • All services are non-refundable once performed.

  • Cancellation and no-show fees are also non-refundable.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Aftercare Responsibility

  • Detailed aftercare instructions are provided after each service.

  • Following these instructions is the client’s responsibility and essential for achieving the best results.

  • Alexandra Ink is not responsible for results affected by improper aftercare.

Studio Etiquette

  • No more than one guest (such as a friend or partner) may accompany you during your appointment.

  • For safety reasons, young children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

  • Please arrive on time and respect the studio space.

Privacy

  • Client information is collected only for booking, eligibility, and follow-up.

  • Information is never shared or sold to third parties.
