USA: 5–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days (depending on customs and location)

Tracking Your Order

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Alexandra Ink is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier issues.
Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
