  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional items or minimum order amounts (when applicable).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • USA: 5–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (depending on customs and location)

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Alexandra Ink is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your package does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

  • We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier issues.

Address Accuracy

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
