Welcome to Alexandra Ink. By using this website, booking a service, or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of Website

  • This website and its content are owned by Alexandra Ink.

  • You agree not to misuse, copy, or attempt to exploit any portion of this site or its content.

  • Content may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

2. Services & Appointments

  • All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking.

  • Deposits may be transferred once with 48 hours’ notice; additional changes require a new deposit.

  • Touch-up pricing applies only to existing Alexandra Ink clients.

  • Service results vary by individual; perfection cannot be guaranteed.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice (or earlier if possible) is required to reschedule. Since every session is unique and customized to your needs, please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment so we can make your spot available to others.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. No-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will require a new deposit. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for other clients as well as the time and resources set aside for your appointment.

4. Corrections & Touch-Ups

  • Touch-ups are scheduled around 8 weeks after the initial appointment for the best healed results, and must be completed within a maximum of 12 weeks. Appointments booked beyond this timeframe will be subject to a higher rate.

  • Discounted touch-up pricing applies only to existing Alexandra Ink clients.

  • Correction or cover-up work on previous tattoos or permanent makeup not done by Alexandra Ink requires photos, a phone consultation, and prior approval before booking.

    All correction and cover-up services will be charged at standard service rates.

5. Products & Online Store

  • Once launched, all orders will be processed and shipped according to our Shipping & Handling Policy.

  • Returns and exchanges will be handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud or misuse.

6. Payments

  • Payments for services and products are due in full at the time of checkout or appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure options listed at checkout.

  • We do not store full payment details; all transactions are processed through third-party secure processors.

7. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to book services or purchase products.

  • Services cannot be performed on individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions.

  • By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

8. Studio Etiquette

  • No more than one guest (such as a friend or partner) may accompany you during your appointment.

  • For safety reasons, young children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

  • Please arrive on time and respect the studio space.

  • By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to release Alexandra Ink from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
